We're at AmericasMart in Atlanta meeting some wonderful folks from all around the Southeast. We love spreading the word about our ridiculously soft organic cotton basics.
Admittedly, we are terrible at creating blog updates. For the most up-to-date info on what we're up to, I'd suggest you check out some of our social media links...in order of freshness:
When we have something worth you righting home about, we promise to put it here (and those other places too, of course).
One of our favorite lifestyle fashion blogs, Raggs & Rattle, had great things to say about our organic cotton Jumpers. Her little boy looks amazing in our Lemon and Tangerine Jumpers...well done!
We've received a lot of requests for gift wrapping, so we now offer the same packaging as what we provide for our Gift Sets. If you want to create your own Gift Set that is different or beyond those that are already available, we can do that too. For more details, cost or anything else that's not on our website, shoot us an email.
Hilarious read from Emily at DesignHER Momma. We're thrilled to see our organic cotton Jumpers made it on her list of Favorite Things.
One of our favorite blogs and mommies (Natural Mommie) has some very nice things to say about our modern organic cotton Jumpers and Long Sleeve Shirts:
One of our favorite things about manufacturing locally is that we are involved in the process from start to finish. The skill and expertise that goes into creating one your baby's favorite garments is astonishing.
Our signature AXL logo finding its home.
Joining panels for the Footie and Jumper.
Fog ribbing finishing off the edges.
Just a pop of color.
Living and working in San Francisco can present as many challenges as opportunities. As a parent, one of the more difficult things for me is wanting our kids to have as many "similar" experiences as to those we had when we were young. Like spending time in a wilder landscape. In the forest or in a meadow. With the sounds of nature and with the critters.
Look...baby goats!
As parents, we've dressed our babies/toddlers in many different brands. While struggling with proper fit seems to be the norm for parents (even within the same brand...), we've learned one thing: how we like our clothes to fit as adults and how we like them to fit our kids are not necessarily two different things. We always want our clothes longer and slimmer.
We were tired of the boxy and baggy trend in so many infant designs and wanted snugger-fitting loungewear for better coverage, freedom of movement and proper layering.
Our long sleeve shirts are made to stay long on the arms, with just enough width to stay where they need to be. They're long in the body to allow for tucking and to prevent visible diapers. Our bodysuits, jumpers and footies are made snug-fitting to make moving around less cumbersome. Layering is easy without all the extra material too.
Oh...and they look good too.
While babies come in many shapes and sizes, our apparel only comes in six (see table below). Our items are snug fitting; we suggest ordering a size up if your baby is on the heavier or longer side of normal.
